Frequently Asked Questions
How much does external payroll processing cost?
Prices start at €12 + VAT per employee for straightforward payrolls, with a company minimum of €100 + VAT per month. The final fee depends on complexity—bonuses, shift premiums, Sunday work, non-taxable perks, international payments, etc. Even with complex pay structures, clients typically cut internal costs by 30 – 50 %.
What about processing “other income” (drugi dohodak)?
That service starts at €30 + VAT per calculation, also with a company minimum of €100 + VAT per month.
How long does it take to switch from in-house to outsourced payroll?
On average, 10 – 20 working days.
Can we start in the middle of the financial year?
Yes. We can sign the contract in any month—transferring past pay runs and opening balances (year-to-date totals, unused leave, tax reliefs) so your reports remain consistent.
Do you support payroll for staff working abroad or on the road?
We do. Among other services, we provide “bookkeeping for posted workers,” including per-diem calculations, foreign social-security contributions, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
